Premiums are mainly based on the rebuild value of your house. The rebuild value can be found by doing an evaluation which takes into consideration many facets of the house. If the house evaluation of the rebuild value is lower, the premium will generally be lower. However, the location of your house, and the coverage you desire also play a significant role in how the premium is determined.
INFO TO HAVE HANDY
In order to ensure accuracy, we start with an evaluation of the house. For the evaluation, you will need to know (or find out) info about the construction of the house. This will include an approximate year the house was built, the square footage, info on the heat sources, the electrical, the plumbing, and the roof. We can provide quotes without this information, but the more accurate the information is, the more accurate the quote is.
